The same INTERNATIONAL COMMUNITY that is SCREAMING that we turn Iraq over to super-Islamists because of OUR UNJUST WAR kept the most DEAFENING SILENCE during the Rwandan genocide. We need not wonder why the Rwandans are "bewildered and angry."
