You mean the shows attended by three people? "If you can get a star, preferably from TV or the movies, and especially if they are willing to take their clothes off - you are guaranteed a hit." Even if they look like a pile of lard? "You want something that works as a theatrical experience, as opposed to imitating a karaoke bar or a hit movie." I'm surprised the cast of MONTY PYTHON'S BLAZING SADDLES doesn't encourage the audience to SING ALONG.
