The fat cats at the top of corporate America might have to disclose just what goes into their compensation packages, if a proposed Securities and Exchange Commission regulation is enacted.
If SEC Chairman Christopher Cox gets his way, publicly traded companies will have to put a chief executive's base salary, bonus, deferred compensation, and stock and option awards into a single figure. COMMUNIST! Expect a DOW 36,000 article in the NEW, IMPROVED TCS next week.
