It's all well and good to anoint KOS a KINGMAKER (I am getting a little tired of hearing that; what happened to the DEMOCRATIZING INFLUENCE of the Web?), but I suspect mere mortals or even KINGMAKERS had little to do with it: Sen. Morals served three terms, and he's been a perpetual, tiresome presence on television (and on IMUS), and he has a whiny voice, and he was part of a losing presidential ticket. Maybe this loss wasn't merely the fruits and nuts at work.
