St. Warren? KAPLAN, INC.? FRAUDULENT?!?!? NEVER!!!!!
The 15 schools investigated were chosen in part because they receive at least 89% of their revenue from federal aid.
I thought St. Warren stood for FREE EN-TER-PRISE!!!!!
