While it is good that Nawlans is finally getting a handle on blight the problem won't go away. Many cities are mostly ghettos, quarantines for poor people, and because the urban governing philosophy of RENDELLISM concentrates on EDS 'N' MEDS and Taj Mahals and yuppies in downtowns there will never be true relief for poor people -- hence, blight undiminished.

I am sorry to keep harping on EDDIE but dammit he's the Mr. Know-It-All of municipal government, and thanks to his very big mouth he's to blame for the urban status quo more than anyone else.
