I can see why THE GREAT AND POWERFUL SUPERBLOGGER thinks GRAYDON unimportant: it's more insider baseball, and who cares? (Of course he thought CONCAST'S attempted purchase of ESPNCorp wasn't important either.) But spin and sell are now imperviously linked in the NEWS BIZ, because SHOW BIZ and the NEWS BIZ are imperviously linked themselves; and so long as you have GRAYDONS you have QUAGMIRES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!, and so long as you have uncritical Hollywood pitches you have TORTURE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! These morons run in the same constricted circles, make the same outrageous salaries, think the same deadly thoughts. No, you CANNOT have SPIN without SELL.

Glad to see too that THE GREAT and POWERFUL SUPERBLOGGER is ON TOP of a story that RAN TWO DAYS AGO.
