Bayer Pharmaceuticals and GlaxoSmithKline have been ordered by federal regulators to pull a television ad for their impotence drug, Levitra, because it made an unsubstantiated claim and failed to include information about side effects.
GASP! This must be the FIRST TIME this has happened. I guess these drug companies were getting a little too comfortable saying WHAT they pleased, WHERE they pleased. Isn't that what advertising's all about?
