And speaking of upper-level corruption a company still remembered for selling high-tech equipment to the Soviets is buying a company that may be related to a company that used to be called Westinghouse before it got acquired by a string of louts and megalomaniacs, who turned it into an overfull stomach and a lagging media stock.
