Advertising Agencies is having a buzzword-heavy conference, and an exec for one of advertising's top money-wasters joined in the fray with
talk of "conversational two-way technologies (in particular mobile), word-of-mouth, and building real brand experiences with -- not just for -- customers" -- so why is it that you folks can't stop shredding OUR dollars for the sheer purpose of insulting us and showing off?
